If your ankles are made of iron, you should be fine; however, if you are like me and have regular bones made from human stuff, these will kill your ankles. Also, the back of the lift comes to the top of the back of the shoe, so you are actually standing on top of your shoe with only your toes inside in a painful configuration incapable of walking.

I tired the black ones that do not contour to the feet and have that red rubber tube in middle (a common one that pops up when you search for lifts on Amazon) I used them for a while but I realized I needed something more comfortable. This one is very comfortable, I just started using but I am concerned about how quickly they will wear out due to how soft they are and that I will overtime compress them too much. But for now I am very happy

Nice Cushin, my heel slides around alot. Does increase height by 2 inches.

After 1 week of use the sole covering came out and the sole got pressed in so the height advantage has gone.
