I received the product today, which I was looking forward to. I did not see a way to contact the seller directly to report that the cap was cracked and the Tamari leaked out. I did get to taste the little that was left in the bottle, but since it is not eligible for return, I am forced to write a review to let the company know the cap was cracked and they may want to research a new cap since I see it has happened previously. The taste of what was left of the Tamari was really good and the Soy tasted great also. UPDATE The company reached out to me and replaced the order, which I greatly appreciated. Since my only issue with the product was the broken cap, I am very happy to have received a replacement and I do enjoy the flavor of both the Tamari and the Soy Sauce. Thank you

I am a HUGE fan of David Chang’s new LIVE Netflix show, and after watching the latest episode was pleasantly surprised to hear about his sauces! After googling when they’d be available, I discovered them for sale here on Amazon. I ordered this two pack, and I am amazed at the fantastic flavor of both the soy sauce and the Tamari. I utilized them both in our dinner, and I am sold. So delicious! HUGE difference from grocery brands. Go for it. You won’t be disappointed.

While the price point might scare off some buyers, you get what you pay for here. Both the temari and soy sauce are extremely high quality and will outclass nearly any grocery store brand. While you would likely be able to find some comparable options at a specialty store, the Momofuku brand is widely available, reliable, and transparent in their production. A great buy for anyone looking to upgrade some of their pantry essentials.

I am pretty obsessed with Momofuku products, so it is really no surprise that I love this soy and tamari sauce duo. The flavor is so superior to any sauce you typically get at the grocery store--I can't put my finger on it, but the umami profile is a notch up.

We've tried both bottles, but I find myself going for the tamari more often when I want to drizzle something on a dish. The tamari is like a flavorful, but less salty soy sauce, and I find that to be perfect for my tastes. While the internet says that tamari is generally thicker, I find it to be pretty thin. The soy sauce is great, and if I were to do a direct taste test, and I can sort of tell a difference between the Momofuku version and Kikkoman, but honestly, it's really difficult to notice. When drizzled onto food, I wouldn't have a clue which one is which. These would make for a great gift to for foodie friends and family. My only complaint with these bottles is the design of the caps. If there's any sauce left near the nozzle, it will spray outwards when you snap the lid closed.
