JUST BUY IT!!!!
This is the best effing vacuum I’ve ever had. I’ve had hand held dyson vacuums but nothing compares to this bad boy. It is such a great vacuum for the price. Holds a lot, easy to clean, and the suction is great! Even my fiance is jealous and wants to steal my vacuum for his car! 🙄😂 I honestly love it so much. I was on the fence for a good vacuum but I am so glad I went with the shark! Great for small needs like picking up hair or food crumbs in your car. The battery holds the charge for a long time as well!!

Small but Mighty
I definitely think this is a bit expensive but worth the money for sure. I have had this product for around a year now and it is still working just as well as it did in the beginning. I will generally clean the vacuum after every use as the care manual recommends. This may be a bit inconvenient but if that is the reason my vacuum has lasted so long and so well then I think it is worth it. This vacuum picks up quite a lot of dirt, dust, and general grime. I use this to vacuum everything that needs vacuuming and it gets the job done. I also love that it uses USB-C to charge. This is so convenient.

Cyclone v. Ultra - KNOW THE DIFFERENCE
Apparently all 5 product reviews are combined on this page? How misleading! To be clear: Cyclone Pet (white): 6/5 stars Cyclone Ultra (green): -2/5 stars I bought the white Cyclone PET model 7 months ago and LOVE IT. A "how did I survive this long without such a brilliant tool?!!" kind of love it. We use it frequently all over the house. While recovering from surgery, I bought a second one to keep downstairs. I went with the green "Ultra" one and had no idea I was in for complete disappointment. It's like they took all the functionality out of the basic model and shoved it in the same body shape so it appeared to be equivalent. It is not equivalent. The Ultra is a little heavier, more confusing to open/empty (latch kept getting stuck), requires a special charger, and worst of all: THERE IS NO FLAP TO PREVENT ALL YOUR CRUMBS FROM IMMEDIATELY FALLING BACK OUT!! (See picture) This omission renders it totally useless. Worse AND more expensive means it's getting returned for a basic Cyclone PET! Thank goodness I recovered before the window closed!!

Sharp handheld cleaning device
Suction is great, handy and easy to use. Recommended but the unit needs charging often and just stops with no warning

Compact and Powerful
Love that it is lightweight yet powerful. Didn't have a problem picking up dust lint and dog hair. Easy clean out and takes very little real estate on my counter. Would recommend. Would purchase again.

SUPER LIGHT WEIGHT
I LOVE THIS. I'm a disabled senior citizen with 3 cats. This lightweight vacuum has really hit the mark. Price is right. Performance is right on and I couldn't be more pleased. Great for my 2 cat trees

Good vacuum on high power mode!
Let me begin by telling you that I have tried 12 different battery vacs and this is definitely a good one! If it didn’t have the suction boost option I wouldn’t say that. It has somewhat good suction on the normal setting, however when you increase the suction it does a much better job! There is however a negative when you increase suction. As you can imagine it draws more battery power so the vacuum will only last about 4-6 minutes on high power. However I must point out that I know someone who also purchased this vacuum and he says he gets about 10 minutes on high. As a former engineer and a consumer electronics writer, I totally understand that. Depending the battery, how it’s cared for etc, it’s possible. Just like people are different, batteries as well have different lives. This vacuum is great because it’s like an extension because it is long rather than wide allowing you to vacuum in places another battery vacuum would not. One last mention, the instructions with the vacuum instructions say to leave it in the charger all the time so it’s ready when you need it. I don’t know about that. I have a cordless phone and if I leave in the charger 24/7 I notice the battery degrades faster. What I do is leave it on the stand without it connected to AC, and charge it when the battery runs down. This is like a chicken or the egg question. Some engineers say not to do that and others say it’s okay to leave in the charger. I’m not going to sit here and write a white paper on battery storage, however you do what you want. In conclusion, this is a good battery on the high power mode and you won’t be sorry that you purchased it!

Not sure about this thing...
Isn't it annoying when videos supposedly related to the item you're considering purchasing end up being for another product by the same brand? I was viewing a video that was on the page for this Shark CH701 Cyclone PET Handheld Vacuum, and I was very happy to see that it came with a duster brush attachment, as well as the pet hair and crevice tools. It looked like the same item, but it turns out it wasn't. While I'm happy enough with the pet hair removal tool, I would have found a duster brush very handy. Because the nozzle on the CH701 is hard plastic, I definitely don't want to be scraping that nozzle across my wood furniture to dust it. I don't even like scraping it across my nice hardwood floors. But I have it now, and it does a more or less OK job at sucking up most of the stray cat litter, but it could do a lot better. The pet hair pick-up brush is a little more effective, though when I ran a lint roller over the surface I'd just used the pet brush on, the lint tape still picked up some hair. But I'm not complaining, as using this vacuum first to clean cat hair off upholstered furniture is saving me reams of roller tape and lots of time. I just give the surface another quick going over with lint tape to pick up what little hair the vacuum leaves behind, and I'm satisfied with that. But what's really got me stumped about this vacuum is the filter. Don't know if this is how it's supposed to work, but the filter cup itself -- though completely sealed in its receptacle -- will have only a few grains of cat litter in it, and the rest of it ends up in the body of the vacuum, and any hair or dust adheres to the outside of the filter. Seems a bit odd, and makes it difficult to clean. Instead of shaking out dust and debris from inside the filter cup, I have to brush off what's accumulated on the outside, which is pretty much everything that the vacuum managed to pick up. The filter has to be cleaned after just a couple of minutes because there's very little space between the exterior of the filter and the inner walls of the vacuum, and it quickly gets packed with dust and cat hair, while the filter cup itself is almost empty. There's actually not that much hair and dust, but because there's so little space around the outside of the filter, it takes only a minimal amount of debris to clog it up. Maybe that's how the filter is supposed to work, but seems a odd to me. Though I've only had the vacuum for a week, I'm already avoiding using it in favor of my handy-dandy Oxo standing broom and dustpan. Maybe I'll go back to the Shark videos and take another look at the model I thought I was buying, with the duster brush as well as the pet hair attachment. Though I wasn't thinking I'd need to make an upgrade purchase after only a few days.

Waste of money
I bought this for small jobs around the house but mostly to collect my dogs hair and all it does it blow the hair around rather than suck it up! it hasn’t worked properly since the day I got it and there is no option for a refund… It doesn’t even pick up sugar or dust!! Terrible hoover and also you need ear plugs when using it!!

Not Au plug
Overall it’s good for it’s price. However, the plug is not an AU plug to charge (something to note). The suction is good for carpet floor, gets most of the husky fur out, though i do have to go over a few times. I wouldn’t say it’s comparable to the dyson upright, but i use it for the stairs and it’s convenient. Yet to see how long this lasts and how long is the battery life per use.
