Looking good
Decent value for what seems like a quality product. It is marked as gluten free, which is important for my wife, it has a good flavour and is not too sweet.

Avoid this one
Tastes horrible and is difficult to mix, clumps very easily. Avoid.

Great product and great customer service
Initially, I was disappointed because I was sent the wrong product. And because the product was opened before I goy home I was upset that I just wasted my money. All I did was just complain that they shipped me the wrong product and that life sucks, and I tried to forget about it. A couple of weeks later not only did they send me the right product but they threw in 2 other products that were expensive for free. I was so delighted by this customer service I was speechless. Then I got to try the WHEY chocolate and it was perfect for what I needed. Any the extra products were just loved by my kids so needless to say I will be buying all of my whey and any other similar products from Kinetica. Way to go Kinetica, you made a loyal customer out of me by correcting the error in such a gracious way. Bravo!
