Love this hair color so very much! It was easy to apply and the color was fantastic

I absolutely love this brand of hair dye; I always buy different shades and mix them together, and I end up with beautiful colors.

Tones down the yellow, wish it was permanent color as semi permanent only lasts few shampoos.

Terrible. Did absolutely nothing. I went up one shade lighter with this order and it did absolutely nothing to cover the gray, meanwhile, one shade darker covered perfectly fine waste of money.

Instructions in the package stated it was a new formula; sure enough, the color wasn't as natural-looking or pretty than the other 2-3x I've used it. Now that the formula has changed, I don't think I'll be purchasing it again. For reference, I use 10NA on my hair which is a combo of about 50% natural level 8 and 50% grown-out brassy bleach; the previous version of Color Charm would work well to blend these colors together and make it look like a beautiful medium neutral/ash blonde. This new version gave me that slightly unnatural "they color their own hair" look. After this fail, I will probably just let the bleach grow out naturally and stop trying to improve the look of it as it grows.

buy 2 shades above the level you’re going for because the color will run dark. please do not expect the color on the box to be the color of your hair after you use it. everyone is starting out with different hair colors and tones so results can be different for everyone!! I have bought this product multiple times, in different colors, to mix and figure out what works best for me. this doesn’t last forever as it is a DEMI permanent hair color

since i understand what a toner is for, and how to mix it, this worked great. to the people giving this bad reviews because it didn't do what they expected: it's very likely your own fault, and you are lucky that the only consequence was losing $10. maybe next time you'll do 90 seconds of research before messing around with chemicals

It didnt do anything to cover my brassy hair so im sure the colour is fine, it just didnt do what I needed it to do. I have used this brand before but a permanent die and it worked. I used 20 developer and I should have used 10 originally
