Pilates Bar Kit with Resistance Bands Portable Gym and Home Workout Equipment for Women and Men

Love love this bar for adding a little resistance to my at home workout! I do wish it came with exercise ideas but those can easily be looked up online I suppose.

Since I really haven’t worked out in a while. This was the best starter workout. Along with some YouTube videos you get some great workouts. I will be buying these as gifts and a extra one at the office..

I was excited to get this, until it showed up and no ‘quick instructions’ on how to even use it! And none of the bands are labeled for what resistance is what! So pretty disappointed to now try and YouTube videos of toy being used.

This is a simple, compact. and easy to use kit to add some resistance training to your routine. You can adjust the amount of resistance easily by simply adding more bands. The bar is very durable and comfortable to use. Takes up hardly any space, which is important if you don't have a lot of wrong for gym equipment.

I was looking for a low-impact workout option and this is perfect. Pilates is an absolute butt-kicking workout and totally low-impact friendly. I've used the bands that can go around your legs/thighs, but when I saw this bar kit I knew I needed it in my life. If you want to sweat, tone, sculpt, and build lean muscle this will do the job. I absolutely love adding this to my workout schedule.
