The instructions are poor and SMALL. It lacks mounting the pole sleeve requirements. I had to email the company. I recommended to them better - bigger instructions. However: The product is 1st class, shipped really well and the customer service is exceptional. They responded almost immediately. I would definitely buy from this company and recommend them.

Great flag pole, like the black. It's held up great, have 2 flags flying on it and it's been windy as hell, last pole bent and broke I'd say we've had 60 mph winds. The pole is fine my concrete footing loosened up and shifted.

Love how easy it is to build and install. The rope tie came with the paint scratched and bubbles and the seller quickly sent a new one. The picture is with 15 mph wind and it is bent a little. Purchased this one because it is rated to 80 mph winds and we do get 30-50 mph winds frequently here in eastern Montana. Will have to wait and see how it holds up

Update: Customer service has helped in resolving this issue.Lasted about 8 months. Had a storm roll in last week with gusts up to 40-45 mph and now the poles are bent. If you live in a non windy area I’d say sure by it, otherwise would not recommend.

This flag after 4 months of use. Taken down during strong wind events. Not very durable, cheap nylon.Flag pole has stationary mounts for flag so constantly wrapping around pole.

When I opened the box I thought it came from wish! Cheap and thin tubes that I did not think would last at all. However, I put it up anyways and it works great. I installed a light on top of the pole and 2 flags attached. It is t a product I would say is of great quality, but it does work and looks great. I will say the pvc pipe it comes with is a joke and could only serve as a barrier between your concrete and the metal pole. It’s super thin and could not have any strength. So, I did throw it away and use actual PVC.I’m very happy with the setup. We’ve had some storms in Indiana with high winds and I did not think the pole would hold up, but it has with zero damage or signs of any wear.I 100% recommend this product.

I live in Florida and the wind at times can be a little harsh. With that being said, one of our pop up wind storms blew the flag pole apart and bent a section of the pole. So now its not high enough for my 2 flags. Just thought it was going to be stronger than it is.

My pole lasted a year and a half. Bought it April 2023, it snapped in December 2024. Wind was only about 30mph. 13 guage 25' flag pole. I wouldn't recommend tgis product to anyone
