Instead of belt holes and a pin from the buckle the belt feeds through the buckle and ratchets down. This lets you get the belt to a perfect tightness.Also you can detach the buckle from the belt so if you need to shorten the belt you can disconnect it and cut some of the belt off.

I’m a working man in three days of wearing the belt it started ripping out of where the clasp grips the belt… they should’ve made it to where clasp grips at least 1/2in into the belt instead of about 1/8 inch into the belt… this was my first ratchet belt, and I loved it up until the point it started breaking
