whether left and right eye cups are adjustable?Because i bought the same product but i got with defect left cup couldn't adjustable

No .. in the left cap usually there is no adjustable knob attached.. 1st you adjust the right cap keeping your left eye closed, then when the vision of the right eye lens gets clear then use the middle wheel for overall adjustment keeping your both eyes opened..and you will get awesome clarity..
