I have a pair of very lovely, very expensive, and very hard-soled ankle boots that were painful to wear when walking. My job is normally pretty sedentary, so for the most part that wasn't much of an issue. However, more recently I've been trying to wear the boots in circumstances were I end up doing more walking. So, I ordered these foot pads to see if they could make the boots wearable on more days. It worked! The pads are very cushion-y and make walking in the boots very easy. Placement of the pads was a little tricky, since the pads are sticky, so getting them into place took some maneuvering. But overall, I'm very happy with the product. The pads provide comfort and are staying in place well so far.

I had to wear heels for one of my cosplays for about 9-10 hours straight. I do wear heels to work everyday but never for over 8 hours and even then my feet hurt terribly at the end of the day. I added the clear gel ones to my heels and wow are they comfy! I didn't get any metatarsal pain and I was able to walk for much longer with less breaks. I did leave 4 stars though because when I tried the tan inserts I noticed that they were not as soft as the clear ones. The adhesive worked pretty well but it won't permanently attach them to the shoe which is okay because it's sticky enough so they don't move around but you can change them whenever they get flat or anything.

Reason I bought these on Amazon is because I purchased several other items at the same time. Including the InSole pads to my order saved me a trip to the store.You get what you bought. The seller is legit. The InSole pads work as expected. They do provide additional padding for the metatarsal. I wore them recently in my high heeled front lace up booties and my feet did NOT hurt at the end of the night. However, I was not standing the whole time either so results may vary.

These are designed to stick to the inside of a pair of shoes thus are not reusable. You need a pair for each pair of shoes you plan on wearing regularly, but at the price, not a bad deal and they did provide the cushioning I needed.

The pads are a lot thicker than I expected, which was nice. The bottom of them are slightly adhesive, but still allows for some adjustment after placement. Placing them in shoes can be a little difficult since they are adhesive so finding the perfect position might take some trying, but that's the experience I've had with most insoles. I haven't used them a lot, but from my experience so far, I don't think the adhesive would ruin the shoes when the cushion is removed. I highly recommend this product if you're looking for a decent cushion at a reasonable price.

I ordered the package that has a beige/clear pair. Got both clear. Not a big deal. Package looked like it had been previously opened. Not that big a deal either. Tried it in several pairs of shoes DOESN’T STICK AT ALL!! 👎👎👎 completely worthless and waste of money. DO NOT BUY

I bought these before and didn’t want to write a review until I used them and was sure that they work. So here I am. Ordering for the second time. I have a neuroma and not all the inserts work for me, except for this one. Although I know that I will need to take care of it with an orthopedic surgeon I’m still waiting, (already had surgery for another one a couple of years ago) as the thought of being not mobile for a while is not something I’m looking forward. In the meantime these are great. They help keep the pain away for most of the time.

Wearing heels are definitely easier with these on. They give a nice support and you are able to restick and remove them as needed to get your placing just right. Unfortunately this is a little tricky because A) your hands are probably not going to have the right dexterity to maneuver putting these in their place B) you'll have to test each time by standing up and walking around and C) these suckers are EXTREMELY STICKY which is great because you know they won't budge for eons!I got lazy/stubborn and just wore them in my heel with the backing still attached and sort of let the backing slide off with each use and then the insole set into place. Would recommend getting these and probably will for other heels in the future.
