Wicked Wish (Wicked Horse Vegas Book 2)

Wicked Wish is a highly problematic romance. The hero takes non-consensual photos of the heroine while she is riding a sex machine (she has no knowledge that he is doing so) AND TEXTS THEM TO SOMEONE (the fact that the someone is her brother is just messed up). I get that Walsh doesn't realize that he is texting photos of the heroine to her brother, but that doesn't make any of this okay. The issue here is that Walsh takes naked photos of Jorie engaged in a sexual situation without her permission or knowledge. And in all honesty, the plot would've been the same without Walsh taking the photos. I am also bothered that no one in book was upset by this.The hero takes pictures with his cell phone of the heroine while she is naked and in the middle of sexual acts and texts them to someone. This is not okay.

First of all, how many times do we need to be reminded of the 8 year age difference (which isn't that much at their current ages) & how the H used to change the h's diapers.This is NOTHING like the other books in the Wicked Horse world. Insta love to me is boring! The h is still married through the entire book, which is also distracting. She comes off as needy & pathetic. Also, it's superficial, but the H's hair is continuously described as long & pulled into a ponytail. Gross. Gross. Gross.The first book in the Vegas series was slightly better, but if you want a series that is different & racy, go back & read the Wicked Horse series. I guess Wyoming is a lot more exciting than Vegas?!Hoping for better things with book 3.

This is my least favourite book of both wicked horse series. Just couldn’t connect with the characters. In fact some stuff grossed me out, like Walsh sending a sex pic to Joris brother, I know he didn’t know it was her but still. It’s creepy taking a picture of someone without consent. And how many times did we need to know how Walsh changed her diaper when she was a baby. This book was disappointing.

We are headed back to The Wicked Horse Vegas and Once Again we get to meet another incredible member of the club.Walsh Brooks is the Owner of The Royale Casino but he also a man who loves to play and when I mean play I mean with everything the Wicked Horse has to offer. But what he doesn't expect is the the one woman he decides to play with will turn everything he knows upside down.Jorie Pearce is a woman who has found her life turned totally around and her self esteem right along with it, but when a friend takes her to The Wicked Horse she never thinks her life will turn the way she ever envisioned.Walsh & Jorie will take on a whole new kind of relationship that will have them both questioning if what they are doing is right thing. You will see so many kinds of emotions come out, by the one emotion you hope they can find is love. You will want to take the journey with them, at times it will be naughty and other times sweet but what you will want to see is that hopefully they will find that HEA

I have to say that this is not my favorite of Ms. Bennett’s Wicked Horse stories. While the characters are well developed, Walsh is not a likable leading character. Yes, it all turns out right in the end, but somethings he does are not just in bad taste, they’re illegal, and that didn’t sit right with me. I prefer the stalwart heroes with a sound core of right and wrong. That said Jorie is well crafted and the story, although tried and true and predictable, is engaging.

MAY CONTAIN SPOILERS - Definitely my least favorite of the Wicked Horse series mainly because there isn't a lot of action in the sex club. Jorie tries out the sex club on their masquerade night to prove to herself that her husband is wrong about her being dull in bed. Walsh & Jorie get it on, on a super hot sex device!, but don't know that they've known each other for years until Jorie's distinguishing marks on her body are revealed. So then it really becomes another book where Jorie's brother & Walsh are best friends, like brothers, and Walsh refuses to go any further with Jorie. Been there, done that. I did like the ending, when Jorie's ex Vince takes her back home & they have some long talks about her future where he is really honest about his feelings for her. Even though she has never loved a man the way she loves Walsh, the reality is that maybe he isn't the best man for her - he abandoned her! Vince is the better man in this scenario which was a nice plot twist.

Once again another thoroughly enjoyable hot, steamy and sensual read from the creative mind of Sawyer Bennett. This author never fails to satisfy her reader's needs. WICKED WISH is the second book in the WICKED HORSE: VEGAS series, and like the first book, WICKED FAVOUR, it was volcanic hotm very sexily naughty and full of those great romantic tidbits, that Ms Bennett writes so brilliantly. Even though it is part of a series, it can be read as a standalone, but I highly recommend reading the previous book also.WICKED WISH is Jorie and Walsh's story, two people who have been friends for a long time. jorie has had her life turned completely upside down when her husband kicks her out of home and tells her that she is a lousy lay. Her self esteem plummets to an all time low. To cheer her up and boost her confidence, her best friend Elena takes her to a Masquerade Ball at the Wicked Horse. There she has an instant attraction to a masked Walsh, not knowing who he is. Walsh is a man who has had fantasys involving Jorie for a very long time. He fights his attraction though, because Jorie is the younger sister of his best friend Micah.Ms Bennett gives her readers a very hot, steamy, kinky story that will have them reaching for their fans and running for cold showers. If your temperature doesn't rise when you're reading this one - I will be thoroughly amazed.Yet another brilliant read from Ms Bennett, and one I strongly recommend.Read and Reviewed for Reading Is Our SatisfactionFIVE STARS

Jorie goes to live with her best friend after her husband tells her its a not working and she's rubbish in bed. Her friend persuades her to go to a masquerade event at a sex club. She has sex and its fantastic until he starts to remove her top and everything stops. She finds out the mystery man is her brothers best friend, someone she's always wanted. The feeling was mutual but Walsh knows her brother would kill him if he found out.

Jori Pearce is thrown out of her home and told by her husband that she is lacking in the bedroom. Jori returns to her hometown and her best friend, Elena to lick her wounds and re-evaluate her life

Got it read it loved it - amazing author just love her books so varied the stories take you to a place of excitement thrill romance heartbreak tension lust passion gripping all have one thing in common you just can't put them down and then pre ordering the next - just brilliant

Enjoyable read and well written. Not a great fan of either character but felt they suited each other. Good enough story but not a keeper.

Not my type of read but did get to the end. Others will enjoy the read

As the story unfolds all you can do is love both Walsh and Jorie. great how the books work a great love story with even greater sex scenes waiting for Envy to be.released 5******

It’s too late once he recognises Jorie, someone who has always been like a sister to him and the little sister of his best friend because the line has been crossed. He can’t take back what happened which is that they’ve both just experienced the greatest pleasure of their lives together. And it’s incredibly complicated because it should never of happened. He’s not looking for anything permanent and she’s just trying to get back in her feet after her marriage broke down. None of them were looking for anything like this to happen but then the line was crossed.

A wonderful story of romance, sensuality and what friendship means.After an emotional break from her husband, Jorie arrives in Las Vegas.At a masked event at a sex club, Jorie has an unforgettable experience, only to discover the man is Walsh - a man she has loved forever, and her brother's best friend. This author really knows how to tell a wicked story! Holy hotness, it’s been too long between books for me. Walsh is one dirty talking, sexy hero. He falls for his best friends little sister and things get rather heated at the wicked horse. Jorie just left her husband and had things to sort out and Walsh was the perfect person to help that along. You need to read this book just to see what wedding present Walsh bought his new bride. Priceless!

A wickedly delightful foray again into The Wicked Horse in Vegas. Ingenious inventions to enhance sexual pleasure, relations fraught with overthinking, deep intense feeling, a guilty conscience of two and lessons in self-awareness and a fantastic tale is woven.Wicked Wish is a decidedly hot read, and awakens a little devil in all of us.

Loved reading this one! Loved that Jorie found her way but also was able to repair her relationship with her brother. I love best friends little sister books and this was an awesome one at that.

What a great and sexy read. Amazing characters. Wanted to join their world. Wanted to keep reading. Love loved it. Jori and Walsh are so hot. Can't wait for the next instalment of Wicked Horse Vegas
