I took them along with Garcinia and Cleanse faithfully for 3 months. I lost 7 lbs. I actually ate smaller portions and stopped my visits to the VFW every night to sign the book. Have a couple beers with a bite to eat. Cause it was after 9 PM, figured that wasn't helping my weight. Basically it didn't work on me.

I followed the directions and was hoping these would yield similar results as the previous comments. Unfortunately that was not the case for me. This product did not help me lose any weight at all. I would not say not to buy this but, consider that everyone body reacts differently. I am not disappointed by any means. I am going to continue in the exercise and eat responsible lifecycle. This product decreased my apatite and I believe it actually boosts metabolism as my weight has decreased.

Haven’t taken it for very long but have taken Forskolin before and actually helped my irritable bowel problem and only used for 2 months with great results.

I cant tell if this works or not. I would love to say they do but i havent noticed a difference
