These UV balloons are the real deal for glow parties. The neon colors are vibrant in normal light, but under a blacklight they absolutely glow—no dim, underwhelming effect. Got 100 balloons in the pack, inflation is quick, and they held air for the entire event without noticeable deflation. The latex feels quality and they tied off easily without splitting. Tested them with a standard blacklight setup and they were the standout decoration. Perfect for birthdays, raves, or any themed party where you want that blacklight pop. Just grab an air pump if you're doing all 100—your lungs will thank you.

Had Little odor to them but overall Good quality

I call these balloons character building, because in less than 12 hours, 47 of the 100 have already popped. Not just that, but of those 47, about 30 popped without even being touched. Apparently these cannot withstand the human gaze, without committing harakiri - spontaneously ending themselves to the alarm of every child in the vicinity. In some ways I'm actually surprised they make a noise at all when bursting, I'm surprised they don't just dissolve into thin air given how thin the actual balloon material is. It's a good job my 70+-year-old in-laws have strong hearts, because I invited them around for my child's birthday, and they were greeted with an endless percussion of popping balloons while trying to celebrate their granddaughter. My 1-year-old is now terrified to go in the living room, and I'm not sure she'll be able to trust a balloon again. I'd also call out the fact that these are neither neon nor glow. So all in all they fail as a balloon, they fail as neon, and they are guaranteed to ruin a party. One of the worst purchases I have ever made. Unless you're planning an elaborate prank, or are invited to a birthday of a person you don't like stay clear of these balloons.

Paired these with some black lights for a glow in the dark birthday party and they worked out perfect!! Wouldn’t recommend without black lights as the colors are sort of dim unless using black lights. Good value for the money, easy it m to inflate, only has a few pop over the course of the night.

Balloons quite transparent when inflated, still looks good under UV but would be better to be more opaque

I ordered these balloons as a bit of a gamble because there were several reviews that said they didn’t really glow up under the uv lights, but I really wanted glowing balloons at my daughter’s party! When they arrived they were really vibrant not inflated, the trick I found was to not blow them up too much, I figured over inflating would stretch the balloon and they would loose their colour. Under the uv lights they looked amazing! Although they were more expensive than your standard pvc balloon, they made our gazebo really look like the uv disco my daughter wanted! We just had smaller balloons and tied them together in bunches! In the photos attached to my review the gazebo is fairly dark, but it was daylight outside, as the natural light faded the uv lights appeared brighter.
