Are the dogs included? I already have 2 and the 4 more pictured would be a lot.

I know of some dogs of the people persuasion that should NOT be included anywhere. You are refreshingly funny. I just got mine and it is currently in the laundry bag in the washing machine. The car cover...not my Cuteness Factor Mardi Paw! Great, now I have to follow through on his bath. Take care all....

Are the side straps included or is that an extra purchase?

Yes, the side straps are included, and you do not need to purchase them extra.
