Purchased as a gift for my wife and she loves it. So much easier for her to straighten her hair than with a ceramic straightener. As easy as brushing your hair! Hair looks fuller after using.

I purchased this on a limb. I read the reviews so I figured why not. I regret that decision. When it heats up it heats up the back side of the “brush” as well. I kept burning myself. And the “brush” isn’t really a brush. It’s big pieces of I don’t know what with rubber ends which kept pulling my hair out. The buttons are on the side where your suppose to hold it to use the product so I kept having to turn it back on and changing the temp on it. All while using it I smelt burning plastic. I have short thick hair so I was using smaller sections and it kinda straightened my hair but it didn’t remove frizz or any of the fancy stuff it said it would do. Not pleased with it at all.

It was a great product, however, it does not work well with coarse hair. It is easy to use and has great temperature control.

So far I have a had this hot tool for a few months and have no complaints at all!!

This is my personal summary: The CONS: The handle is not ergonomically designed but it still can be held albeit somewhat awkwardly. The temperature indicator is dark and extremely difficult to read. The heat settings are right where I hold the brush with my thumb so as I am straightening my hair, I constantly inadvertently adjust the settings. (There is no other way to hold the unit.) The brush "bristles" are very short so, long and/or thick hair needs to be divided into much smaller sections. The outer bristles are bent out of shape with the first use. The PROS: It does heat quickly and straightens thick coarse hair.

The media could not be loaded.  I was really looking forward to getting this! I was disappointed that the plug on the end is for Europe and not for US. I feel this should have been in the description....SOMEWHERE...so...no i am paying 8.00 more dollars and waiting longer...to have a adapter shipped...Does it work well? Who the heck knows...I do not appreciate the unprofessionalism....

Used the item1 time and now it won't heat up anymore. Plugged into wall started working next day not hesting up. Waste of money!
