Excellent product. My doctor will let me take this and not OTC medication with my HBP meds.It doesn't offer as much relief .. but it does allow me to sleep. And it is a great expectorant.I love that I can take only 2 tablets and while it says 4 hours, it is beginning to fade by 2 hours, so I take 2 more when I feel that I need it .... all during the day. I can easily give this to a child as well, as they melt quickly, or just rub a tiny bit of powder on their tongue.I've been using this product for well over a decade .... and our family looks for Hylands before they look for the OTC variation.
