Great terrarium. Easy to assemble, looks great, and has easy access with the sliding doors. The bedding barrier is a big plus bc my snake likes to burrow. Seems to be escape proof but only time will tell. Also, great packaging

I'm glad my husband was around to help me with this. Like some other reviewers said, directions are very vague, but the video helped. I am very happy with it so far. I want to comment that the way they packed it for transporting is amazing. Everything was protected really well. As for the tank itself, I love the fact that it opens in the front. Makes it easy to do everything that needs to be done without having to always go through the top. I don't have to move lights to get in anymore. It's nice looking, too. I'm not sure about the black glass in the back and on the sides. I'm trying it for awhile to see how Zippy likes it. Overall, I think it's a great tank for the money.

I have all Reptizoo terrariums for my crested geckos but i needed a small enclousre for my cave gecko and this seemed perfect. Was the perfect size, and the black out sides are great for cave geckos seeing that they are like the vampires of the gecko species. I was so disappointed first off you need to be EXTRA careful putting this together if you do not put the sides and back together the right way the black glass WILL CHIP. Also, you will 100% need to seal the enclosure with silicone if you plan to have any kind of humidity or bioactive otherwise it will leak. Then the door rattles and the worst flaw of all is if you feed crickets you better expect they will get stuck in between the doors. This cage is just so flawed. Reptizoo needs to come out with a 15 gallon long with a double door just like their 18x18x24 because this one is garbage. I didn't have the patience to return it since it was a pain to assemble.

I put it together myself in about a half hour at best, it was extremely easy and packaged very well not a chip anywhere. I really love the fact that the sides and back are black instead of clear, I think it's a great value for the price and decent quality, I would recommend. First edit: I still love it but now I have an important question and I'm not sure how to find out.... I'm wondering how much weight I can put on the bottom glass panel since it is raised on corner feet. I mean I have sand and heavy pieces of wood dragon Stone and other rocks I want to put in there but I'm really afraid about it being able to handle all that weight, it was a much thicker piece of glass than the sides I did notice that. Second question: it's not so important but I was wondering if the matte finish was supposed to go inside or out? I am very pleased to say that they responded right away and told me that it was 110 lb now I also had a question of what goes inside and out the shiny or the matte finish, well I put the matte finish in thinking it would be better for her not to see her reflection but apparently it's supposed to go out. 🤷 So last edit: I have been happy with everything from product to customer service and I'm already looking into 160 gallon for when my little girl 🦎 gets bigger 👍

Its okay but the price is a little high for the quality. The instructions are written by someone who's first language is not English, they're very vague and some of the wording doesnt make sense but you can figure it out. The pictorial isn't much better. It does not show much detail on how the pieces fit together so there's a lot of trial and error which when youre dealing with glass you could absolutely do without. The lock mechanism for the front glass is not even functional, at least not the one I received. We put everything together (my husband is in maintenance so we arent exactly new to putting things together), locked the front glass (and i made sure it was locked by trying to slide open the glass like anyone would do to make sure it was in fact locked), and went to take the assembled tank to its designated location and the locking part of the lock slid right off the metal and hit the bottom of one of the sliding glass panels and broke the bottom corner of the glass right off. It still functions the way it broke but that really sucks for a brand new tank I just spent hundreds of dollars on. I still don't understand why they do not make acrylic or plexiglass tanks rather than glass, they make fish tanks that way I don't get why they're not available for reptiles but I digress. Aside from that, the top metal cover is fairly easy to open and close and is stronger than the screen one I had before which to me is important because I have a cat that I dont want to be able to jump onto the top of the tank and collapse the lid with her weight. I will be getting plexi glass for a cover to go on top as well for heat and humidity retention as mine is a tropical set up so heat and humidity levels are kept high. That being said, if that is your set up also I would recommend using silicone to seal the bottom and side corners if you're looking to use this as a permanent living arrangement for your pet. Overall it's mostly sturdy save for the front sliding glass panels and locking mechanism, the glass panels rattle a bit if the tank is bumped or you move things around or clean inside it which bothers me a bit. My BP likes to glass surf after he swims in his water bowl at night so the rattling of the glass doors would possibly become annoying at best, but hopefully they don't fall out of the track entirely.

I bought this terrarium for my hedgehog, and it works and looks great. However, I have to walk softly by it or else the door rattles scaring my hedgehog. I'm sure he will get used to it eventually, but for over $300 I thought that it would be more sturdy. I placed felt pads under the corners and sides and I feel that this helped (not much though), but that could just be placebo. The instructions were kind of vague and it was very difficult for me to line up the top frame (I had to get my roommate help me as we one-by-one aligned each glass. When trying to line up one of the sizes, the others kept becoming unaligned. The terrarium can somewhat keep heat in. I am using one 11" come heater with a Ceramic Heat Emitter and the thermostat set to 80 degrees with an ambient temperature of 72. I also placed plastic lids on the top frame of the terrarium to keep heat in better (aluminum foil would probably work better) and the temperature tops out at 79. I don't know if this is a quirk of my thermostat or if the terrarium is losing too much heat to reach 80. Either way, adding a second Emitter on the other side could allow for much higher temperatures. Overall, I am happy about this purchase but feel that something should be done to prevent the door rattling.

It was a little sketchy putting together but it’s now my favorite enclosure and I will be getting another in the near future.

Wanted to say Amazon was incredible on the delivery. I thought there was not much chance it could arrive without one broke or chipped piece of glass but it came perfect. As far as product quality, it seems solid. Looking forward to getting my 6ft boa in it tomorrow.
