this is quite easy to setup, if follow instructions! otherwise it will be some headache. First time connection between smartphone and this cam, need to select the "add cameras via wifi configuration guide" option. After that just easy selections.Pro: easy setup,no need to register. night vision is quite good compared to my other web cam. The rotation movement sound is quiet, even listen from the app. The 2 way speaker was clear. Micro sd card is hidden between the base and the camera(need to turn cam upward to get to micro sd ! ) The picture 720p is clear enough! Alert function also available, (seller actually email me how to get to the setting page after he saw my previous review)Con: it's made of plastic.App only supports 4 cameras to view at same time(then again it is a nanny cam, 4 is enough)!Overall this camera is good for watching children or pets. Not good for security purposes!

Followed the installation instructions but am not able to get the camera to work. emailed the support team 4 days back and no response yet. very disappointed in the product. if support does not reach out, i will be returning this product.

I have used this product since November 2017 to monitor my wife, who has acute dementia and is a fall risk, when she is supposed to be in bed and asleep. She has had two operations to remove blood from around the brain due to falling. During the times when she is supposed to be in bed she will get out of bed and roam around the bedroom. I am always concerned that she will fall again and have to go back to the hospital. At first this product did a fine job of continual monitoring , however, lately the video feed is more like a a time lapse series of photos; she will move around the room but the video feed will jump over some period of time so that she might be in one part of the room on the screen but then it will jump to where she is on the other side of the room. I can't have this for her safety and will be buying another product.

Very impressed!! We bought this camera so we can watch our dogs when we leave the house. They have separation anxiety and this helped ease my mind after we moved into a new place. Knowing they were calm shortly after we left was great! For the cost, you can’t beat it! Quality is good, sound in and out is good! Love it!! Highly recommend..... glad I searched amazon before running to Best Buy and spending $100+ for something similar !Also, I love the fact that I could name it Puppy Patrol :)

I followed the instructions - logged into router, disabled 5G, downloaded app, powered camera on, in the app selected Add Camera via wi-fi mode, scanned the QR code, blue light flashed slowly, connected to wi-fi router, put camera close for sonic signal, the blue light flashed quickly indicating that it was receiving wi-fi signals. And then nothing. It says failed to connect to wi-fi. I tried this almost 15 times and gave up. There is no way to connect with wired mode so that's the end of it. Disappointed. What a hassle it's been to even get to this point.

This is a GREAT product for the price, I love it! So far everything works perfectly, I have taking pictures, videos and I'm completely satisfied with this little camera. I'm purchasing another one!

Camera only records when the app is open and you have selected record, turns off when the app closes, and doesn't have a way to record onto an SD. Picture quality isn't bad but lags greatly, same with the voice and audio, not bad but pretty laggy despite the quality of wifi it's on. It's also noisy when moving the camera.

Here's a photo from my camera's view into the living room, I can hear and/or listen from my iphone app - can zoom in and pan around or up and down. Picture is great but I do notice it's too much glare if my curtain is open, so if using for monitoring you'll want to keep that in mind. There's no charge for the app or any fee for monitoring your home.
