Great pre workout with just the right amount of caffeine. If you're like me and get most of your caffeine through coffee and do not want a high stimulation pre work but just the right amount of kick to get you going this is a great option.

I thought this was okay as a pre-workout. I was looking for more of the face and hand tingling that other more powerful ones do, but it’s not bad at all. I’m probably just cracked out on preworkout.

after doing some research and reading some good reviews, i order this product a couple of weeks ago. It took me a while to open it because I was waiting to finish my preworkout powder before opening this one, and was very disappointed. It looks like the bottle or can seal failed and moisture got inside the can. 90 -95 % of the product had solidified including the plastic spoon. I try to get it replaced with a new can but apparently this item is not eligible for return. Im very disappointed with the quality and overall experience. If the seller is reading this and want to make it right by replacing the damaged bottle/product, i will appreciated and will happily change my review.

Nice performance drink, this is not all about taste, which it did taste ok in my opinion, of course you must like grape, it's just one scoop per 8-10 oz of water, I usually use 16oz water bottles and drink some water first to bring it down to around 10 fl oz.This product is more about how it makes you preform, it claims to give elevated focus, energy, vitality, endurance, prevent muscle soreness (post training), and I think the claims are mostly true, I use it with mountain biking, and I believe it really helped, so far no muscle soreness afterwards, and I definitely do feel more energy and focus while using it, and I have been breaking all kinds of records, of course I would have to use this for a longer period to completely verify this, initial results are I think it works great.It preforms better than some other energy drinks I've used before, it contains 86 mg of caffeine per scoop, it uses research supported science, and BioEnergy and AstraGin to help your system absorb it faster, so you get energy sooner.I recommend, this is grape flavor, and it seems to have all good ingredients.
