These actually worked, very well. No bloating, no tummy ache, no skin rashes or any side effects. It just works wonder

I've had lactose intolerance for years, and I usually just let it ride. Lately, though, if I eat heavy dairy (like ice cream or milkshakes), I pay for it the next day, 100% of the time. I have gas, bloating, and diarrhea that can go off and on for an entire day. The last time I drank a heavy milkshake, I popped two of these immediately prior to drinking it, and... nothing! I had no digestive distress whatsoever! This stuff really works for lactose intolerance, and I will be taking it before consuming heavy dairy from now on.

I can't say it helps me 100% but it's better then nothing. Will not be fully bloated after milk use but I'm still bloated. 50/50 satisfaction

I’ve been using this brand because of the effectiveness of the strength. I find them to be an inexpensive treasure. My 10 year old and I get to enjoy our ice creams without fearing that we are going to feel bloated or sick from the dairy. There are other brand, that doesn’t have the same strength and I have been guilty of trying those other brands and they don’t last or have no results whatsoever because they lack the strength that this product has. The lactase enzymes on this product is 9,000 units, compared to 3,000 on other brands. I know that these are the kind of strength that we need, for the kind of upset stomach that my daughter and I suffer, the minute we basically mention ice cream and don’t have the pills. We just don’t take no chances anymore. I just carry them with me everywhere because the bottle it’s small and the pills are small so is the bottle and so portability wise it’s also a plus.

Works as advertised for occasional dairy, and it's easy to keep a bottle around for whenever it's needed. Only reason it's not five stars is the price per caplet is higher than I'd like for something used this often.

Very pleased with how these 3 tablets I take at a time ( says 2 is enough ) work, Swallow whole with first drink of milk and for me zero side effects and just for grins I use 2 for ice cream

Without Lactaid I wouldn't be able to have ice cream and other milk products. This really helps me. The price here was great compared to the store as well.
