I was super excited to receive this and make toasted sandwiches but the product design is a little strange with the lid moving when open and closing. It does have a lock though to store easily and is very easy to clean. Temperature is quick to reach a high temp. Just not as great as I thought but I still use effectively

It cooks the chicken so well under 5 mins if a pane cut) maybe 7 on max heat if thicker. Good in t Sandwich making. Can be used partially closed and heating up cooked chicken (haven’t tried this but did put in some bread and it worked well) overall loving it and totally recommend it as a grill.
