I really like this paste is in a tube that can be capped and used for later if my recipes do not call for the entire package. This brand produces rich and savory sauces that taste like an authentic dish.

This tomato paste is my new favorite. It keeps wonderful in the door of my refrigerator. It wakes up with a little heat in the pan and has the freshest tomato flavor. I had another brand that was my old tried and true. No longer. I doesn't matter what recipe I used it in there is a noticeable difference. I have a roasted fresh cherry tomato sauce with garlic and wine. I roast the tomatoes in the oven with the garlic. I add them to a pan with two tablespoons of this paste and some white wine. The sauce is superb. My husband asked "what did I change in my fresh cherry tomato sauce"? It tastes like vine ripened Summer tomatoes! It was in the middle of Winter. That said everything to me. Only change in it was this paste.

I love this makes so many recipes taste incredibly good. I love having this on hand in my kitchen

I have seen several recipes that I haven't attempted because they call for small amounts of tomato paste and what do you do with the rest of the can? This product makes it easy and convenient.
