NOT SILENT! Annoying and loud.You get what you pay for. I thought I could get lucky with modular and silent at this price. No such luck.

It arrived dead....nothing would work..I tried many different ways.. I switch motherboards I switch power supplies and found out that the brand new power supply that I just got is dead
