These posters are thick / sturdy. Not your typical cheap lightweight poster material which is what I expected. They have 4 adhesive tabs already attached to the back so you can hang them on the wall, but be careful. These tabs stick very well and if you apply very much pressure you might not be able to move the poster without damaging it. Just stick it VERY gently to the wall until you get them where you want them and then apply more pressure once you have them where you want them. I bought frames for these and they look fantastic. I did hang them on the wall for a couple of days while waiting for my frames to come from Amazon.

Bought for home gym and they look great. Double sided tape (provided) stuck well to a concrete wall.Posters look great, they're sturdy and were packaged very well. They add just the touch I wanted for the area!

These posters are great!! I bought 11" x 17" frames and they fit perfectly!! To all the people that complained about "white showing on the edges", c'mon, give me a break!! They're AWESOME POSTERS!! Sturdy. Definitely enhance our gym.

It is actually good but they seem flimsy. I forgot to read that they are not metal frames which is my fault. So, it is a good buy if you are placing inside but to place mine outside, that doesn't work :-). Good for the money.

These posters are pretty sturdy, we built a gym in our garage and I placed the adhesive strips supplied on them but they didn’t stock very well to the painted walls. That wasn’t a deal breaker I just used a different type of adhesive sticker and problem solved! Very motivational to see when you’re working out! I’d buy again for sure!

They're just prints on paper on not actual cardboard or plastic. It was my fault for not reading it correctly. But even as such, you can go to kinkos and get these printed out for about half the price with this quality.

Great posters, thick, sturdy and very nicely packaged! Also, the sticky sides made it very easy to install on the wall- bonus for sure! I would definitely rebuy and recommend
