Great Product With Few Minor Drawbacks
I've used Lip Ink products for years. Love the staying power. However, after several hours, lips to feel a bit dry. Used their pricey lip moisturizer,which is good but for economic reasons prefer to dab a bit of plain old Vaseline.My one disappointment: The Fire Red is touted as being an orangy-red but on my skin, it takes on an undesired blue-red undertone. Even mixing with two coats of Lemon Toner is of little use. If you can find a color that works for you, and want nearly indestructible sustainability, I highly recommend Lip Ink.

I had to try it a few times to get the application right. Finally did and I love it. You do need to buy all three products for this to work, and follow application instructions. If you do, this is truly smear proof. I love that I can wear the gloss over it so I get glossy but transfer proof lips. I have matte transfer proof liquid lipstick, but prefer this because it can be worn with gloss without smearing everywhere

I did expect it to last longer than it does but it still lasts longer than most other products. The tingling sensation I get when applying it kind of is weird but it is short lived. The color is great. I would buy other colors.

Waste of Money!
It still needs to be reapplied after eating because the inside of the lips easily fade. It also dries the lips especially on the outer corners. This product is good only as a lipliner because the ink adheres better at the outer and edges of the lip contour. For the price, it's not worth it. There's no substitute for the old fashioned lipstick and retouching after every meal.
