Repels Naturally
I uses this in my feed room, around my vehicles, and my house to keep mice, field rats, and squirrels away from things I do not want eaten or chewed on, the odor is pleasant for humans but the vermin do not like it.... I sometimes add more peppermint essential oil to it just to give it an extra boost

Needs better instructions
It seems to work but doesn't last long.Should be a note this gallon makes x gallon of spray.

Doesn't appear to do anything...except burn plants
No matter what the manufacturer claims, this stuff does indeed "burn" certain plants. I was having problems with rats chewing branches off junipers, so I tried this stuff. Within a week, they turned brown, while junipers that had not been sprayed were fine. I have not sprayed again and the plants seem to be hanging in there, though very thinned out from all the dead foliage. These were prized bonsai, some in training for 25 years and this probably set back their development for years. I'm an unhappy enough customer that I made a point of coming back to leave this review as a warning to others. Don't use this stuff on any plants you value!On top of that, I can honestly say I saw no improvement in other areas. After cleaning off and spraying down a potting bench, I found just as many rat turds as ever. Pretty poor performance for something that cost over $100 a gallon!

Great for deterring squirrels and wood rats!
Easy to use and the fragrance is mild and pleasant (to US!) The rats and squirrels don't like it. The wood rats were building nests in my cypress trees and eating lots of vegetation in my garden. After taking down the nests, I used this spray and the rats haven't returned. Squirrels were biting off all the new leaves on my oak trees and spraying the tree stopped them from doing that. Great product!

Read the fine print!
I didn't read the fine print until I opened the container and mixed some with water. You need to spray weekly. That certainly won't happen in the middle of Indiana's winter outside. I'll see if it works inside.
