First vacuum robot
This is my first robot vacuum cleaner, so I didn’t really know what to expect, but I’ve been pleasantly surprised! It came with the original box and extra accessories, including spare parts and the mop attachment. So far, I’ve only used it on hard floors (I’ll be trying it on carpet soon). With four pets, it’s difficult to keep up with vacuuming every day, but this robot picks up a surprising amount of pet hair and food crumbs. The mopping function helps a little, although I still prefer traditional mopping! 😄 For the price, it’s excellent value. The charging base is quite compact, so it’s easy to tuck away under furniture and keep out of sight. The only downside is that it sometimes struggles to find its way back to the base and can take 5–10 minutes to dock. Overall, I’m very happy with it and would recommend it, especially for pet owners looking to reduce their daily cleaning workload.

Value for Money and Does the Job and More!!!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Robot Vacuum – Professional, Quiet & Great Value! I have been really impressed with the G20 robot vacuum cleaner. From the moment it arrived, it was clear this was a quality product. It came very well packaged, and the unit itself looks sleek and professional straight out of the box. Setup was a breeze — the app downloaded easily, the instructions were clear, and even registering the free extended warranty took only a minute. Everything about it feels user-friendly. In use, the G20 is surprisingly quiet and seems very economical. Don’t be fooled by the low noise though — it’s powerful. It handles both carpets and hard flooring effortlessly, picking up dust, pet hair, and crumbs without any trouble. I have tried it on several floor types...hardwood, carpet, rugs, ceramic and porcelain floor tiles..fabulous! Overall, an excellent multi-purpose vacuum with great performance and fantastic ease of use. Highly recommended!

Brilliant robot vacuum
Honestly the best 100 quid I’ve spent, picks up far better than my standard handheld ever did, it’s learned the layout of my kitchen so it knows where to go. Just brilliant and Saves me so much time. Very happy indeed.

Great vacuum, average mop, not so smart!
I got Harry the Hoover with some Christmas money in a hope to make my life a little easier. I have a toddler and a dog, and live in the countryside, and have lots of hard tiled floors. So, muddy paw prints, dirty knees and always food on the floor. And sweeping and mopping our large kitchen/diner and looonnng hallway was a pain in my bum. Spent a while reading reviews and choosing which robot to go for in my budget, and this one came up trumps. Ultimately, we are grateful for Harry in our lives, but he's not quite the saviour we hoped for. Pros: suction is way better than anticipated. I have him programmed to go every evening after baby is in bed and I am astounded each night how full he is. Picks up big bits of food/wrappers no worries. Lasts up to two hours on a full battery. Cons: not so smart. If in a perfectly square room with flat surfaces then it handles the back and forward pattern great. But any obstacles and he gets so confused. I routinely have to pick him up and restart as he's been going back and forward over the same spot for 10 mins. I find in our living room we use random mode as it's a more obscure shape, and automatic (smart) mode in the kitchen and hall. Mop function doesn't switch off on carpet - I thought it was meant to. I have to keep an eye on him and when he enters the living room I pull the water container out of him and let him just hoover. Otherwise you get a damp carpet. Mop function is neither a pro or con. It just is. If you give you floors a super good mop manually and do this every night it'll keep it in an ok state. It doesn't mop so much as smear some water over the floor. It does something, but not a lot. You can see from my pic how patchy it is. All in all, my floors are wayyyy cleaner than they ever used to be, and as a result so are my toddlers knees and socks! So it's a win for me. If you're tempted by a robot vacuum but don't want to fork out £500 then Harry is your man.

The app tells you everything you need!
This robot hoover is really good. It's quite heavy so feels well made. Theres a water tank so it can also do mopping. I put it on auto first by using just the remote (no app) and it went around and cleaned everywhere. I think attached it to the app tried it in my parents house. It created a little map and cleaned everywhere. We then mopped the kitchen floor! it did look better. It's not as loud as its sounds in some of the videos! once its done the mapping and hoovered or mops it finds its way back to its home to charge. The app tells you all of the info including the amount of battery left, how many m2 its cleaned and shows you its map.

Great Suction
This is a great little machine. It is programmable using a downloadable app, and comes with a remote control. The app gives you better features for timing, mopping and suction control. The suction is really good, particularly on carpet, and the mop function is great, the battery life is too. It mops and vacuums simultaneously, but the mop function t. It did a great job cleaning, with both vacuuming and mopping. It seems to be one of the few machines, (based on my research into machines in this price range), to allow detergent in the water for mopping. Being realistic, I would say before the first use, give a hard floor a good manual mop and then this machine will maintain that. It does have a small capacity dust container 450ml. This was a bit of a concern for me, but it is actually more than enough for my floor area of approximately 63m2 or 680sq ft, provided it is emptied after every use. This is a very simple task, as it can be accessed from the top of the machine, making it very simple to empty, as is the water container, which is underneath. I wasn't sure, if having the two functions in one machine, mop & vacuum would be successful, however, I am so delighted I took the plunge and bought this. It does exactly what I want, and I am absolutely thrilled with this product and from my experience so far, I would highly recommend it.

Excellent cost benefit
I recently bought the HONITURE Robot Vacuum Cleaner with Mop, and I couldn’t be happier! This little gadget has made my cleaning routine so much easier. First off, the 4000Pa suction power is incredible. It effortlessly picks up pet hair and debris from both hard floors and carpets. The carpet booster feature is fantastic—it automatically increases suction when it detects carpet, ensuring a thorough clean. The ultra-thin design, at just 7.6 inches, allows it to glide under furniture easily. This has been a game-changer for getting rid of dust bunnies hiding in hard-to-reach places. One of the best parts is how easy it is to control. You can use the Wi-Fi-connected app, Alexa, the remote, or manual controls. This flexibility means I can start a cleaning session from anywhere, whether I’m at home or away. The mop function is a wonderful addition. It not only vacuums but also mops, leaving my hard floors spotless. This is especially handy for high-traffic areas where spills and dirt are common. As a pet owner, I appreciate how well it handles pet hair. I have two cats, and it picks up their fur without clogging or losing suction power. It’s been a lifesaver in keeping my floors clean and fur-free. In summary, the HONITURE Robot Vacuum Cleaner with Mop is a fantastic investment. Its powerful suction, sleek design, and user-friendly features make it an excellent choice for anyone looking to keep their home clean with minimal effort. I highly recommend it to anyone needing a reliable and efficient cleaning buddy!

The WORST, robotic vacuum on the market!
The worst, robotic vacuum on the market. 1. Even on normal suction, the battery lasts around 30 minutes. It then announces it’s returning to recharge, but instead wanders aimlessly around the apartment until the battery fully dies. I have to physically pick it up and place it on the charging dock. 2. The automatic Mapping function still fails to recognise the space, even after over a year of use. It often cleans the same spot in one room for 10–15 minutes. My apartment is very small, if it still can’t detect the layout, there is a serious issue. 3. Cleaning ability; Every single wire, cable, or tassel from a throw must be removed beforehand. The vacuum does not detect them at all, it pulls them into the suction and damages both the items and the vacuum. 4. Because of point 3, scheduled cleaning is completely pointless. You will return home to either a dead machine or a mess of damaged items, with the vacuum tangled around a single loose cable. 5. The wet and dry function is useless. It does not correctly detect hard floors versus carpet, even when the setting is enabled. I have found sections of carpet damp from water released by the machine, despite only a small amount of water being in the tank. 6. You can only add plain water to the wet clean compartment, no cleaning solution is allowed. As a result, floors are not properly cleaned. 7. The auto detection is so poor it can’t even recognise solid furniture. It has repeatedly wedged itself under a console with a small bottom gap and become stuck, requiring manual removal. 8. The debris capacity is extremely small. It barely manages my small living room and hallway before needing to be emptied, sometimes after just 10 minutes. This is despite the fact I vacuum weekly with Dyson, so there's minimal debris left for the robot to collect. 9. Remote Control is useless. You have to be right next to the machine for it to work. 10. Noise; it is very loud. Working from home next to it or even having a phone comversation near this machine whilst it's on is impossible. Overall, unreliable, poorly designed, and not fit for purpose. Absolute waste of money.
