I love these and use them all the time in my shoes - I have even cut them up to fit specific smaller places in my shoes. The only downside is that they aren’t sticky enough and I use fabric glue to make them adhere better

These seem to help my monster bunions a bit, but they do not like to stay put in my shoes! I was just using them in a pair of sneakers. Maybe they work better in other shoes. I can't really wear anything else.

The media could not be loaded.  These are a must if you get pain while wearing high heels. They are a great value for the money and stay on your shoes well. The size is perfect for the back of the shoe or side, anywhere that it may rub or cause pain. The performance is well worth it.

I wanted to like these because the cushion pad was very comfortable. However, they don't stay on your heel and fall off after an 8 hour day.

I use these in my summer slides or sandals that need to be broken in. You know when they hurt on your pinky toe or anywhere else during that “new shoe phase” these save my feet from any pain or blisters. I highly recommend them because they’re slim and small enough to use anywhere in the shoe. I press them firmly and hold down about 30 seconds when I first place them and I haven’t had any issues. They stay in place well!

The gel pads were soft and added some cushion and relief but very bulky. It is bulky enough that it created a slight gap between my shoe and foot.

When it actually stays on the shoe it makes my heels super comfortable. But it unsticks and falls off after 2 days of wear.

I love these pads, always keep extra in my purse for those moments where your shoe is pinching
