Alcarefam Large Blood Pressure Cuff, 8.7”-16.5” (22-42CM) BP Cuff

I had issues with a cuff that came with a machine, it fit but would cause pain when inflating - this one causes no issues and fit well on multiple arms of different sizes, not just plus size arms. Easy to use, readings felt more accurate with a proper fitting cuff.

I had a hard time finding a blood pressure cuff that would fit my larger upper arm comfortably, but this XXXL cuff worked perfectly. The cuff feels durable, attaches easily to my monitor, and provides a secure fit without being too tight. The included connectors made it simple to find the right match for my blood pressure machine. Since switching to this cuff, my readings have been much more consistent and comfortable to take. If you have a larger arm size and struggle with standard cuffs, I highly recommend giving this one a try. What's most important to know? Fits very large arms comfortably, includes multiple connectors, and works great as a replacement cuff for compatible Omron monitors.

I am glad I got the new, bigger sized cuff. My previous cuff gave me extra high readings induced by the small size of the cuff. It is important to have the appropriate cuff for your arm size. I was excited to see that this cuff is of good quality and came with many adapters. I did not want to purchase a new machine just to get a bigger cuff. This cuff was a good value and now my blood pressure readings at home match up with the readings my nurse was getting in the office. Accuracy and precision are important in the measuring of any metric. This cuff now provides me accurate and predictable readings every time. Changing out the old cuff for the new was easy to do and its use is straight forward as well. The quality of this cuff is very good in my opinion.

Cuff worked effectively with my machine and came quickly.

Not a high quality cuff. Bought this for my mother and it's very difficult to position correctly. It always gave us false errors on the first several attempts. Still, it worked (after multiple attempts each day) for the first five months. Now, however, we keep getting an error message even after checking all connections, ensuring proper fit and placement, etc. Switched to the OMRON cuff that came with her device. Even though it's a bit snug, it allows her to get a reading so we will just use that for now. I don't know if we got a defective cuff or what, but it's awfully convenient that it waited five months to quit working completely.
