Great!
My friend recommended it couple of years ago, and now it is my favorite, too. Dry rub is an amazing mix of peppers ans spices. Nice smell and taste. I add to it just a little more salt and smoked paprika. I use it mostly for BBQ wings and chicken breasts. A sauce has mild taste and light structure. Perfect for slow cooking pork ribs. I mix it 50/50 with a supermarket sick dark BBQ sauce. Wonderful result!

Makes a darn good brisket
The rub is very good, and the sauce does a great job adding a bit more flavor when you put a bit on the side and dip the brisket in, like you're supposed to. It's not a bbq sauce to slather ribs in. It's a bbq sauce to complement a Texas-style brisket, so use it for that.

great but rub is spicy
The sauce is amazing! Not a sweet sauce, more on the mustard side. The rub is very spicy. Too spicy for us to enjoy the food and we are medium level lovers.

Simply the best
I’m hooked for over 25 years. No other BBQ tastes like this. I like that it doesn’t have a tomato smoky taste and flavor like most other BBQ sauces. I like a dry rub on spare ribs and this one meats that liking.

Once you've had Salt Lick...
...you know, it'll be hard to go back to anything else. They have a full line of everything, and we haven't had a bad bottle yet. We met a family from Texas a few years back and they gifted us a box and -- it's pretty much our go-to, now.

Do not buy not the same Salt Lick
Do not buy this! The BBQ sauce I received was very oily and tasted rancid. I contacted Salt Lick directly to see if they sell to Amazon- Their response: We try out best not to supply Amazon sellers for this exact reason. Most likely the sauce got too hot and the oil is rancid. I called and spoke to an Amazon representative and this seller couldn't be reached and only sells this product on Amazon. Sounds a little fishy to me.

flavorful
our family loves the flavor of salt lick barbeque. we use it in and on a variety of foods. it spices up the flavor from eggs to ribs etc.. i highly recommend this product!
