These are a much better option than relying on new or reusing old pods in general. Not very difficult to use, but they are pretty small and can take a minute to place correctly. I don't think I'll ever use all 9 in the package and wish it were half the cost, but they do work well and provide a much cheaper use of the Navage system over purchasing their proprietary salt pods. Just buy some neti pot compatible salt and use these tabs and you'll save quite a bit in the long run.

I went through the pods fast due to having some serious sinus issues. The most mucus and phlegm ever. I KNOW I know TMI but seriously as opposed to going to the hospital RIGHT AWAY this for me helped. We use it every no matter what as maintenance now. Some of these can be used 1 or twice I’ve noticed. You put it on use the navage and the moment you open it up to fill with water they either come off or are not placed correctly no matter what you do the machine doesn’t turn on until you switch it out for another one. I’m on my third one and it’s been the same one I used the most.I am so thankful for these, be certain they are in the correct position otherwise it will not work. I'm still using the first unit. About to buy my second box of 100-count saline wash packets. That's 100 times used and still counting. Well worth the cost.
