Poor Quality Beware......Nice boot but the sole fell out after one month of use........ responded to the seller and amazon and have heard nothing......

OVERALL: good for the price.On opening, these boots smell strongly of rubber, and some stitches (3 or 4 on noticeable areas) were loose. They may also run slightly LARGE by half a size. If you're planning on wearing them with regular athletic socks or with formal-wear socks, you'll probably find the fit is loose and you may want to order half a size smaller. If you plan to wear them with thicker wool/synthetic wool boot socks, the fit may be true. To be safe, I recommend ordering two pairs: one in your size, and one pair half a size smaller. You can return whatever pair does not fit.Overall, these look stylish and the synthetic leather looks good. I usually have problems with the soles of synthetic shoes, but these look and feel very sturdy. If any problems arise, you can likely patching the soles with Gorilla Glue or Freesole will be a quick $7.00 fix.I recommend keeping these things MODERATELY DRY whenever you can. I'm not sure I trust the bonding job, especially on the top of the upper. The top portion of the upper feels a little flimsy, and I worry that -- if repeatedly waterlogged -- the synthetic leather exterior could begin to peel away from the material behind it. Just don't wear it to go on a 40 minute walk through a heavy rain storm, or through snow that reaches near the top of the upper.Overall, this boot looks and feels nice for the price. You could get away with wearing it in business casual attire and maybe even with a suit. If you protect it with some black shoe polish, I imagine it will last well over a year with constant use.

I really like these boots. I have ordered about 5 pairs of boots on amazon and have had pretty good luck with all of them. These are very nice looking boots, and also are very comfortable. They are very true to size in my case, I wear a 9.5 and they fit true to that size. I would definitely recommend these boots.

so far I have not been able to wear these as the smell of the product is unbearable. I have left them outside for two weeks waiting on the petroleum smell to abate. Choose a half size larger than standard sizing as the given size is very very tight. I also had to touch up a flaw on the toe of one shoe as the color has no discernable thickness and it came with a flaw in the finish. all in all I am unimpressed.

I have a lot of black boots, but was looking for casual everyday brown boots and these ones are exactly what I was looking for. They are very comfortable and they look very good with any type of jean. I can walk in these all day without feeling any type of discomfort. There is the rubber smell when first opening however the smell is not overwhelming in my opinion and goes away quickly. Overall for the price these boots are a great buy.

I didn't expect much from these for the price, but they didn't last a month. At first they looked good. They even fit great and felt broken in the first time I wore them. After being worn a dozen times they are falling apart. The sole is already worn down under the balls of the feet, one of the lace rings a gas come off, and the "leather" is peeling off. I reckon I could wear them a few more times, but the dont look good peeling. If you are looking for a pair of boots for 1 or 2 time use, then these will work. Otherwise, you will just be buying more soon after and have waisted your money.

When the original Ocean's 11 was released critics panned it for it's lack of artistic merit. Frank Sinatra (remember, it's still Frankie's world; we just live in it) replied "You want art? Go to the Louvre." So it is with Metrocharm's MC001. Cheaply made and cheaply priced. If there is a natural product anywhere on these boots, I can't divine it. But - you've got a modern-mode fashion boot that'll do duty for most posing activities. And face it, we are all of us mostly poseurs these days, punching out a living cubicle-style or the like. Don't expect to fence the back forty with these and come back with anything but unique sandals. But for daily urban existence these boots are made for walking (aka sitting).

Absolute garbage. Zero Stars. Sole started peeling apart within 2 weeks, heel split completely in half and sole was undone after less than two months . Shoes were unwearable and unrepairable. These are cheap shoes so I didn't expect much but even this was surprising.

Boot looks nice, fit well.However, the odor from the man made material smells terrible. I do not recommend buying this product.

I love these boots. They’re the only boots I wear (in both black and brown) and I’ve owned redwings, thorogoods, eastlands, you name it. I prefer these over anything.

I wear a 10 and bought a 10. They fit good but I really have to loosen the laces to get my foot in. My next pair will have a zipper option.

My husband says he likes them ok but they are super loose and almost thin material around the sides of the foot. Doubt they’ll last long and won’t buy again.

Shoe looks just like the photo. Fit is perfect. Truly good looking
