This is easily one of the best soy sauces I’ve ever tried. The aroma is rich and inviting, the texture is smooth, and the consistency feels just right, neither too thin nor overpowering. The simplicity makes me happy for how healthy it is with only four ingredients. It is so balanced. First and foremost, it's really soy sauce, not a mix of chemicals that appear like soy sauce. The bottle arrives packed and sealed nicely. When you open the lid, you smell real fermented aroma of soy sauce. Just right thickness. Not too goo-ey and not too runny. When you use it, be mindful that the product is naturally salty and adds great flavor to noodles or chilli chicken etc., Other than that, I have also used it as an ingredient during baking as well as for making chilli oil. It's great value for money, with the options it offers.

seller feedback: they sent the plastic 500ml bottle instead of the blue and brown 250ml glass bottle, so it's a different product to what I ordered the sauce is good and natural ingredients that you can find quality and taste wise in India it's saltier without cheap artificial ingredients and colors which is a plus, so just adjust salt in your dish using the sauce 😋

Too salty better go for lesser or none salty soy sauce

I just can NOT go back to regular 'soya sauce'. The Umami it inroduces to the dish is just sooo good, I almost don't miss mushrooms. If you enjoy authentic thai/korean/japanese cuisine, This is a Must in the kitchen
