It is lightweight and fairly easy to install though I did have some leakage issues and took some finagling. I have installed multiple others over the years without any difficulties. Not as much pressure as I was hoping for either but for the price I paid, it's still a good value.

I was not able to get the nut that attaches to the shower pipe tight enough to prevent water from seeping out. I made several attempts at it, and was able to get it down to a trickle, but there should be no water at all coming out. A suggestion would be that they make the attachment bolt with squared off edges so that a wrench can get a good grip. As it stands right now it's a smooth cylinder and the wrench slips on it. Other than that it's a decent shower head for the money.

Installing it was as easy as expected, except I had to really tighten the connection between the product and my pipe to make it stop leaking. It came with a medium amount of plumber's tape, but I had to use it all plus some of my own to get the leaks to stop. Now, it works perfectly.My item arrived without any flow regulator to control the gpm it uses. It has a screen filter built in, which I think some people confuse with a flow regulator, but it's not the same thing. I contacted their customer service and they said their newer shipments have them, but their older ones didn't, so I must have received an older item. They made it right, helping me get a good quality flow regulator at no cost. So, great customer service.

I installed it myself with no issues. I followed the instructions and so far no leaks and is holding up well to daily use. We have had it for a couple weeks. Very happy and would recommend.

Bought this as it's advertised as a water saving shower head - 1.8 gpm - but after buying two of these, neither one came with a water restrictor. I like the different modes so I'm keeping the second one and just going to spend a few extra bucks to get a multi pack of water restrictors to place in this one and in my other showers.
