Ordered three of the school frames, two came broken on the corners, probably could have fixed ourselves but for something brand new we opted to replace them. Two more were sent out right away, both came in good condition. Now all three are hanging beautifully on the wall, hopefully for years to come. They are sturdy and don't feel or look cheaply made. I recommend the purchase.

There was sticky tape that was holding the label on the product and when I peeled it off, it tried to take some of the wording off on the back side but it’s still super cute and you can barely tell!

Very nice frames for school pictures. Not too heavy, so will hang nicely. I bought three but only recently open them -- my error. One looked like it was previously opened since the prongs that hold the back on where bent/missing and the frame where they should have been was damaged. I missed the return window but, fortunately, the frame is still usable. Be sure to check!

The packaging material on these was excessive and in pristine condition. The actual product packaging was sturdy and had no damage or flaws.I bought two of these and they were both broken because they are flimsy and the material can’t handle the joining.The PRODUCT sucks. Not the packaging, not the shipping. Amazon telling me this is a shipping issue is WRONG the PRODUCT is GARBAGE

Frame is cute. It's not the best quality but does the job. Had initially ordered 2 frames. Unfortunately 1 frame came damaged but replacement was quick and easy.

Decent quality, pictures are perfect size

I like that this frame is sturdy and pretty. It's a simple design, but nice. It is one of the few I found that came with not just the mat. But also the frame so for the price it was the best deal. I did not have any of the packaging issues that others had. Mine came beautifully and carefully wrapped with Styrofoam and bubble wrap. I ordered in May of 2022 and definitely, care has been given since the 2021 negative packaging reviews. I was a little dissapointed it didn't have PreK but I could make that work. However, when I went to put the wallet sized photos in, they don't fit. They are a touch too small. The next size up (Shown in the middle kindergarten spot) is too big. So every year I'll have to scan into photo shop and print a different size. Quite annoying.
