Good protection
Bought it for my son who was worried about ball after sustaining an injury - he wore it for a bit - admittedly he's stopped wearing it as it is a bit bulky but it's given him his confidence back

Just about useabke for a left handed batsman
It's OK to use but a little uncomfortable. The pad keeps slipping down as the velcro keeps getting loose. Plus it's really thick so you'll need to get used to it as when playing strokes it restricts your movement a little.
