Not for me
I was excited to try this as I have enjoyed other Goop products before. I love hyaluronic acid and was intrigued by the vitamin c activator. Unfortunately it was too much for my sensitive skin. It felt tingly and uncomfortable and I ended up having to wash it off right away. I also noticed that funky vitamin c smell. Oh well. Other reviewers like it, but if you have sensitive skin it might be too much!

just meh...
This is an interesting concept for facial serums. I am no skin care professional. I have figured out a few things that work well for my skin and a few things that don't. Both the main ingredients in this product are things that have worked well for me in the past, so I figured this was worth a try, since it is all fancy and expensive with a standard ridiculous name. I was not impressed with the need to mix the ingredients. The Hyaluronic Acid bottle appeared to have previously leaked but not enough was lost to make me not try it. You squeeze the acid into the vitamin c powder and shake it up. It is supposed to be good for three months. My first impression of this little chemistry set is that the final mix is very light. I expected a thicker mixture but instead it felt the same consistency as water. I put it into my hand and rubbed it into my face, but quickly realized that I would need to drop the mixture directly onto my face if I wanted to get better coverage as putting it into my hands first just caused it to soak into my hands (my hands look pretty good though). The smell. I first picked up a light vanilla scent, which was confusing because I don't know what would give that scent off in this serum. It didn't last long, it then went a little earthy citrus, but not in a good way. Like when a toddler hides a sippy cup of orange juice and you find it after a week. Fortunately, the smell dissipated pretty quickly.Overall, my skin doesn't have any real noticeable improvements, but it isn't any worse either. For the price ($125 for one time purchase, $118 if you want it on auto ship) I think you can do better elsewhere for cheaper. This will not be on my reorder list.
