Will this glue hold glitter cardstock to another glitter cardstock?

Yes, I use it with glitter cardstock with no problem.

When it is dried on to cardstock, does it leave a shiny clear image or does it blend in with the cardstock?

It dries clear but will darken the color of the card stock slightly It has a small sheen but not a shiny gloss finish. I would definitely want to contain it to under the image or object being glued down.

When is the best time to order this Glue? Having to return it because I think it froze up.

You should never order this kind of an item when YOUR area is cold, etc. as it could freeze during shipping. Thanks

Is the Ultra fine metal tip included? The photo shows the jar with the tip but the description says nothing about the tip.

The first bottle I ordered had the tip but the last one did not. You may have to pay extra for the tip, but I find it works fine without.
