Easy to read. It includes not only the nutritional aspect but the yoga exercises you should do as well in order to reduce stress.

Great book
At last a book on stress reduction that goes beyond the basics. This one does not stop at explaining the harmful effects and mechanisms related to stress. The content is rich, takes a genuinely holistic approach. Deals with high cortisol/adrenaline i.e. too much stress, also gives advice on how to reduce sugar cravings, stop binge eating, fight a caffeine habit and many more daily challenges. I am not near 50% yet but can highly recommend this book.
