Extreme Magic Sing is just distributed in the Philippines but its the same product. The only difference is that its sold here in the US but it all came from the same manufacturer

Is the hdmi cable for only video or both video and audio?

The HDMI is for both video and audio. It has also a separate RCA audio out that can be connected to a separate sound system rather than just using the TV’s sound via the HDMI.

Does it have places to plug in additional song chip?

It does not have chip slots for addition Song chips. But you probably do not need that. The songs from the app, the 12000 streaming songs and the 5145 builtin songs should cover the songs from song chips.
