Okay, so I originally bought this laptop because it came with a pen and it's touch screen, was excited to finally draw on my art program, only come to find out...that there's no pen pressure settings! At all, I've tried to search if there was a way to download something to help aid it, but all answers were either 1. there WAS pen pressure thing you could download, but with time and age it disappeared off the face of the earth, and 2. There was NEVER pen pressure to begin with.I quite literally broke down into sobs because I really didn't want to use an artist tablet when this computer is touch screen, it ruined almost everything and experience for this laptop. But that's "fine", I could just deal with the lack of pen pressure for when I'm wanting to draw in public (either in car trips or on lunch breaks in work). So, that's why the touch screen rating is a 3/5. It works just fine! Just not in a way I wanted it to.I needed a new pc in general and chose a laptop instead of getting a desktop, since like I said in the previous paragraph, I wanted to take this around when I'm not around in the house!

Love the laptop but pen was missing.

The package doesn't come with a stylus, the Top Speakers stopped working and the screen freezes showing rainbow colours at times.

The media could not be loaded.  I would only get this laptop if I'm a computer repair technician which I am. Whenever you move the screen it freezes with pixels which probably means new out the box it has a damaged LCD connector. I had to switch the settings to hibernate because it would never come out of sleep or would get really super hot. (Burn your Hands HOT) when it was in sleep mode. And you have to do four hard shut offs and turn on to get it to work. it's always rebuilding the hard drive or the windows air rebuild screen comes up because of this. Too many problems with this laptop for only being new and a couple of months old. I would not advise anyone to buy this model HP laptop. Also I've worked on a few of these with problems. These tend to get fan problems. And who want to spend 20 minutes getting a laptop to turn on or not freeze or not come out of sleep. So my advice, don't buy thisHP laptop. The CPU is also bad on it. luckily it has warranty with HP so they're sending me a box to send it back. But I still would not advise anyone to get this laptop.And another reason not to get this laptop is HP does not back in honor their warranty they will come up with some excuse not to fix it and send you back The laptop so I just wasted $700. Don't make the same mistake I did and buy this laptop and throw away $700. Because the company who sold it to you and HP will not back up there laptop with any kind of warranty so you'll be stuck out in the cold. Again look at the pictures and videos do not buy this laptop. Save yourself the headache and heartache. Actually never buy any HP laptop they are some of the worst made

This computer acts like it’s a refurbished computer???? I didn’t see anywhere where it stated it was a refurbished one . I will be returning this product and doing my college work from my phone till I get another .Very frustrated right now
