Sleep | Magnesium with Glycine | Berry Flavor 30 Servings

Just before ordering my first container of SLEEP, I had bought magnesium supplements for the first time. I wanted to see if they would help with sleep, but also was curious if magnesium capsules might decrease my migraines in the summer. I took one nightly and didn’t notice any difference. When I started mixing up a glass of SLEEP a half hour before bed, I didn’t get groggy but I DID seem to fall asleep pretty soon after hitting the pillow. Amazing! I’ve been incorporating it into my routine ever since.My favorite part is opening the jar for the first time. As you peel the safety seal away, you get a delightful whiff of the fruity flavor. Very tasty first impression!

Where to start…I’m obsessed. I made my SLEEP like a hot tea and mug in hand crawled in bed to read before I wanted to go to sleep. I was delighted by the taste. This sweet berry flavor was the perfect nightcap. Im always craving sweets at night, and have tried to replace this habit with teas for years…I think this will be my new favorite for that.As I sat there reading & sipping, after a few minutes I could feel my legs begin to relax. Before I even finished it! I’ve been using melatonin to fall asleep for years, and I can honestly say, with time I’ll be able to kick that habit and replace it with a warm cup of this.I’m really excited about this product. Its not filled with all the crap most of our foods & supplements are filled with.

I ran out of this product and had to go a week without it. I was sluggish and tired the next day and woke up multiple times a night. I didn’t feel I had a true hard good night’s sleep in a week. I was not productive during the day and my energy was so low. Amazing how a good night sleep impacts us mentally and physically. I’m in my late 40’s and my sleep has started to be very irregular UNTIL I found this amazing product! I drink warmed up with a splash of coconut milk a half hour before bed. It not only relaxes me before falling asleep but works MAGIC while sleeping. Now I wake refreshed and energized once again. So glad to have this product back in my routine. Never run out again. (Not to mention this is a great company who truly believes in their wholesome product and appreciates their customers!)

Pros: I fell asleep without a problem (note: I rarely have trouble falling asleep)Cons: 1. I did not like the taste and I had trouble getting it to dissolve, even in hot water 2. Although I fell asleep, I woke up several times during the night 3. I did not like that I needed to drink 6-8 ounces of liquid within 30 minutes of going to bed. And I had to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night, so that was a bummer.Overall, the product just did not work for me. I am a 51 year old woman, and I think the supplement is not able to overcome my menopausal sleep issue.

After seeing a lot of positive reviews I decided to try SLEEP. I couldn’t be happier with this product. I take it around 45 mins before bed and feel a sense of relaxation. I get a restful sleep and wake up refreshed. I love the taste! I have had no issues with the product dissolving - just stir a few extra times.

I have found this so helpful to get really deep and restorative rest-- and have also experienced some digestion benefits too!Coming out of a really exhausting season of life, I have loved feeling like I can treat my body to this delicious bedtime ritual that also aids in my recovery. I know that it has leveled up the autophagy benefits of my fasting lifestyle, and it is so much gentler and better for me than melatonin! I love the clean ingredients and really love the flavor. Super yummy!

I’ve always been a believer in the power of magnesium and have used various forms for years.This drink was the best I’ve used for sleep support & has a great light taste. My daughter (15) also noticed a significant difference in her sleep quality.I just Ordered my second tub and will for sure be ordering more. Love it.
