Can i lift weights with it on? ? Also can i machine wash with cold water? Would that ruin it?

Lifting g weights in it is ok. I wouldn't recommend it be machine washed it may ruin it the Linen on the inside. I hand wash mine after each use. I do that because I'm OCD and have very sensitive skin that's very prone to boils
