I love the white, so clean. This arm is so flexible. Just keep adjusting it with the provided alan key. The weight of the monitor should act as a counterweight for the spring. I just loosened mine all the way because of how light my monitor was. I was worried it wouldn't have a full range of motion, but fear not, just keep adjusting. I love that it keeps the Monitor flush against the wall (as flush as it can be). Full range of motion, and so I can finally have my monitor in a vertical position. Definitely recommend.

Originally had considered a different cheaper full motion tv mount $15-20 but glad I went with this monitor style mount instead as it has a greater range of motion than those cheaper tv mounts and seems like it’ll be a lot sturdier as well. Being able to have it go further up is great for having it out of the way but also being able to pull it down helps to then be able to use the touchscreen. With the recent echo show 15 fire tv update I’m also going to be able to use it perfectly now as a kitchen tv for YouTube, YouTube TV and Disney+, I’m very glad I waited on getting this mount as all the other mounts for an echo show 15 looked like it would be worse ($50 cabinet mount, $20 tv mount, $20-30 desk/counter stand is the worse since you lose space and it isn’t really at eye level so can easily get blocked) I got the echo show 15 with the stand for free from work so can’t complain but being able to use it like a TV with voice, touch and remote control on the fireTV is going to increase its value and usage a lot more now but this wall mount is what makes it a nice visual aesthetic to show off when friends come over.

Wish it came with a template to show where the center of the monitor will sit while the arm is halfway because try trying to hold the arm centered while trying to mark the holes even with the arm tension setting all the way down is almost impossible.

I ended up returning this one for a different type. This is a bit bulky but if you are looking for this style it should work as expected. Solid feeling heavy mount.

We have tried tightening, loosening, every bit of tuning and this mount absolutely sucks. We have a number of mounted monitors and buying this was a mistake.Unfortunately we found out after the short return window that it doesn’t work. It snaps with a lot of force and it feels dangerous.Can’t get a refund unfortunately, but hopefully this will save someone else from the same mistake.This isn’t the mount you’re looking for….move along.

What can I say? You buy quality!

I purchased this for my monitor however the strength of the arm is too strong for my monitor even on the lowest setting. I needed to zip-tie weights to the back of my monitor to get the arm to function properly. Someone previously asked about a minimum weight but the seller only responded with the Maximum weight for this arm. I'm sure the monitor arm is great when used according to what it was designed for, unfortunately, my monitor only weighs about 2 lbs and doesn't function well without additional weight. Just be sure that your monitor is between 5lbs and 14.3lbs. (The listing says 19.8lbs).
