I've been using the Muscle Milk Genuine protein powder in Strawberries and Cream for a while now, and overall I've had a pretty good experience. I wanted to try different ways of using it, you know, instead of just a regular shake, and I was pleasantly surprised. My favorite way to drink it was with oat milk. It mixed much better than with water and the texture was smooth and easy to drink. The strawberries and cream flavor tastes natural, not too sweet, not artificial. I also added it to different fruit smoothies, and it blended in nicely without overpowering the fruit. I even tried it with blended watermelon, and it gave the drink a creamier, smoothie-like consistency that I really enjoyed. I even poured it over a bowl of cereal instead of regular milk, and that actually ended up being one of my favorite ways to use it. It made breakfast feel more filling and was an easy way to get extra protein. The only downside for me was that it didn't mix as well with plain water. The flavor and texture just weren't as enjoyable in water as they were with oat milk or in a smoothie. One other thing I noticed is that I experienced diarrhea after starting to use it. I can't say for sure that it caused it, but it's something I noticed and thought it was worth sharing. If you're looking for a protein powder that tastes good and doesn't have that chalky texture, I'd definitely try it.

Good tasting protein powder. Bought a bullet blender as well. 3 frozen strawberries 1 banana 2 scoops of this Fill the rest of the bullet with milk. Jeez, that makes for a great post workout experience. Will buy again.

I really like this protein powder! The strawberries ’n crème flavor tastes delicious and isn’t too sweet. It mixes well and has a smooth, creamy texture.

For starters, it’s a great protein powder on a bulk. It’s focused more on tasting good then having as good of a calorie to protein ratio as most (This is close to 9 calories per gram as opposed to the 5-6 a lot of powders have) which is perfectly fine if you’re on a bulk, and just want some good tasting protein. I really only have one problem with this, and it’s the little strawberry bits in there. I bought 5 pounds of it assuming it was just some better tasting Whey- Casein mix that’d be less chalky- and it was almost perfect, but having those little bits of solid in a protein shake just make it hard to stomach for me, it feels nasty when something solid is in something I’m drinking, and there’s tons of it! I’ve had issues with it in other powders before, but that was from my own error of not reading “cookie bits” in the description, but here I just wish it was mentioned somewhere. It mixes great, but it doesn’t feel like it because I have little chunks sliding into my mouth the whole time I’m drinking it, which just about ruins the whole texture for me. Overall it’s tasty and would highly recommend if you don’t have issues with that texture like I do

I don’t noted the flavor over my other protein mixes. I find that adding a raw egg makes the texture perfect Taking into increase my protein intake for recovery. Mixability and fullness are for me excellent. So far I have had no digestive issues and I found myself craving protein as I have increased my steps. However given the calories this is a meal in itself. I would suggest this as a gift and the ease of purchase is a plus. No clumping as I do use a blender. My base is almond milk.

Bought a jar this last week starting to diet and help keep the stomach full , lemme tell you its super good didnt like it ao mich woth water but tried it with vanilla almond milk 8 Oz of it + 4 ice cubes and 4 strawberry so damn good win win for me ...

I have been using it for years and I like the results I prefer the vanilla but the flavor is fine Not a bad price not too expensive

pros: powder consistently is nice and soft, does not clump in jar. - uses full protein and high bioavailability (this is rare in cheaper products) cons. - doesn't last a full month - appears to be good value but average in terms of price per serving - bad digestibility, higher in lactose which makes sense based on price - calories on the higher end so it isn't that good for cutting can't really say anything about mixability as i use a blender to mix the powder with about two cups of milk. however it does feel just ever so slightly grainy
