Rich taste, very moist and tender sausage. Very consistent flavor from batch to batch. It won't dry up. I keep reordering. Good seller.

I thought this Old Wisconsin beef summer sausage tasted very good. It has a nice smoky flavor, and I really don't have any complaints about the taste itself. My only issue was the high acidity, which was a little stronger than I personally prefer. I've included a picture with a regular salt shaker next to it so you can get a realistic idea of the actual size. Product pictures don't always give you a good sense of what you're buying. Overall, good flavor, and I'd certainly consider buying it again if it were a little less acidic.

My husband has allergies to corn. No corn in this! He loves it too, it has a great flavor!

Mediocre product. They are less flavorful them other brands and fairly pricey for what should be a value product.

Great tasting beef sausage. It is a little bit oily, but otherwise wonderful.
