SamsGazebos Miniature Japanese Treated Wood Garden Bridge, 29-Inch, Green

Cute, but way overpriced. The color fades quickly, and it smells horrible when you first get it. (Open the box outside!) I’d recommend getting the cheapest one by color, let it fade, then refinish it yourself. I think they should sell unfinished versions for less. Then the purchaser can stain or paint them how they like. Again, the shape is adorable.

The bridge itself was very nice, but the stain they used on it smelled horrific. We set the bridge outside and if you were within 15 ft you smelled a very strong chemical smell. We let the bridge sit outside for a week and no change. We used a clear finish to cover it, and used three cans and over 20 applications (spray layers). It finally stopped smelling.

The box was rattling when I brought it in, which is never a good sign in what is supposed to be a fully assembled product. The nails holding the slats of the bridge to the sides had come out and the slats had all fallen out. I actually tried to piece it all back together but couldn't get the slats back into the grooves and the sides to stay on so back it will go.

I knew it was going to be small but looked smaller in the yard. Satisfied here though. Cute enough. Repainted it since color wore off too fast.
