The ultimate suitcase for folding bikes is back! We introduced the first version of this suitcase about ten years ago. It has been refined, and has become the leader in the folding bicycle travel market. It's HUGE and Light!!! First off it is big...we mean huge and can fit all Downtube folding bikes with no disassembly ( just fold and go ). It's also a soft case which means it's lighter than any hard sided suitcase. After you put your bike in the case you will be well under the 50lb weight limit, so you can load up other things in the case with your bike ( please make sure they are soft ). Easy to use It has straps inside to hold the bikes in place and a solid plastic base. Humongous wheels to roll around thew airport, and handles in front and top to easily carry. It also has two extra external straps in addition to a super thick zipper to keep your bike secure. It's Big and Small Heavy Duty This thing is tough, it's made of super tick 5 mil upper and a solid plastic base from below. Instead of absorbing impact it bends and stretches. Dr. Yan's family has used these suitcases almost exclusively since their introduction 10 years ago, and we still use our original 10 year old cases. Warning! These are the only suitcases that allow you to fly without disassembling your 20" wheel bike. It is about 33"x21"x12" ( it's a shape shifter ) the suitcase is slightly oversized ( bigger than 62" for most airlines ), however that is why we made it soft. By pushing in the corners it looks small and you should get through checking in without any fees. Dr. Yan's family has flown over 100 times with these suitcases and never incurred an oversize charge. However please understand there is risk. We believe these are the best folding bike suitcases. All others require disassembly and reassembly.
