When I buy a bag of flour, I expect a standard size bag. A specialty flour like this typically would be a 1 1/2 to 2 pounds bag. Imagine my surprise when I received a small 5 ounce “packet” of flour. It’s about the size of a packet of seeds that you might buy at a nursery.Is it ultimately my fault for not checking the size? Sure…. I’ll accept that. But really? This is absurd! 😆
