Great for Postpartum
I orginally bought these for milk supply. I am not sure if they increased milk production but they seemed to help with energy, skin/hair.

Didn't benefit me, gave me some mild side effects
Wasn't super pleased with this as it gave me some mild side effects that varied whenever I'd take this. I chalked it up to this supplement. Maybe there's something in this I'm allergic too. I take wheatgrass powder and have taken the shots with no issues, so it can't be the wheatgrass. There may be something else in this mixed in to make it, I don't know.
